Some days, it's not about what you have to install, troubleshoot or figure out. It's about the connections you make with the customer and their family, their experience. I was blessed to be able to work with this customer in Sicamous, reconfiguring their network and reconnecting all of the devices in their home. We had some time to look at the beautiful nature we live in and get to know each other. It's a wonderful place to be!
