We are hiring flooring installers for commercial sports construction. The work includes hardwood, sheet vinyl, poured polyurethane, and rubber installations. Great team environment, rewarding work, and opportunity for advancement and long term employment. Thorough training is provided. This position is best suited for individuals with construction experience. We are also hiring seasonal general labour so please feel free to apply with your resume.

Ideal candidate:

- Has reliable transportation to site and/or office

- Is physically fit and willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs

- Has a clean driving record and no criminal record

- Is willing to travel and work long hours (OT hrs paid)

- Has basic construction knowledge and ability to safely operate hand tools and basic power tools

- Takes direction well with positive attitude and get along well with others

- Has problem solving skills in both independent and team settings

- Is reliable and makes it a priority to be on time and respectful of schedules

- Understands and agrees to respect and comply with company Covid-19 policies

- Understands and agrees to respect and comply with company zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy

Wage based on experience. Prior experience in Sports Flooring is an asset that will be compensated well.
