Now hiring solar reps in Calgary — multiple positions open.

Here's the honest version of the job. You'll be knocking on doors in Calgary neighbourhoods, having conversations with homeowners about solar, and booking appointments for our Solar Advisors. You are not closing contracts on a doorstep — no high-pressure pitch, nothing for anyone to sign at the door.

What it pays:
• $25 per qualified lead (a booked appointment with a homeowner in our service area) — paid whether or not the deal closes
• Typically $500 more once that contract is signed and funded, scaled to contract size
• No caps on either

The details:
• Evenings and weekends, when homeowners are actually home
• Independent contractor position, with a path to full-time based on performance
• No experience needed — training, ride-alongs, and apparel provided
• Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle required
• Must be bondable (criminal record check, since you're working around customer homes)

This has worked well for students, people building a second income around a day job, parents who need weekday mornings free, and anyone trying to break into sales.
