If your family is newer to hockey, we want to help you start the season with confidence! Join us for the U7 & U9 Orientation:

📍 Cardel Rec South – Canadiens Meeting Room
The orientation is recommended for one parent/legal guardian from families who are brand new or newer to hockey. Returning Southwest families with older siblings do not need to attend, but are always welcome!

The Southwest Hockey Junior Coach Program is back for the 2026–27 season!
This is your chance to step into a leadership role, mentor younger players, give back to the game and make a real impact on the next generation of Cougars. 🥅
Junior Coaches are paired with U7–U13 teams and will attend approximately 7–10 practices throughout the season.

Pathway Skates are a low-pressure opportunity to get back on the ice, shake off the rust and build confidence before Evaluations begin.
📅 Schedules are now available on the Southwest Hockey website!
Pathway Skates begin August 31 or later and are FREE for fully registered Southwest Hockey participants in U7–U18
