🔹 Are workers wearing proper safety equipment? Professional roofing crews should be using fall protection, harnesses, ropes, anchors, and other required safety gear. A company that prioritizes safety often takes the same approach to quality workmanship.
🔹 Are they manufacturer certified? Just because two companies install the same shingles doesn't mean they offer the same quality of installation or warranty coverage. Manufacturer certifications are earned through training, experience, and proven installation standards.
🔹 What warranty are they offering? The best roofing warranties are often only available through certified contractors. Be sure to ask about both the manufacturer's warranty and the contractor's workmanship warranty so you know exactly what's covered.
