From restaurant kitchens to plumbing repairs, Adam's career has taken a few interesting turns!

Growing up on Cortes Island, Adam spent 12 years working in the food service industry before making the switch to plumbing and eventually joining the Service Pro crew.

But here's where his story gets even more interesting...

Adam adopted what he thought was a blind puppy. After some testing, it turned out his new four-legged friend was actually a DINGO! 😂🐕

We're pretty sure that might be one of the most unexpected fun facts we've shared in a team spotlight yet.

Ever had a clogged sink that just WOULDN'T budge? 🚰

What started as a stubborn bathroom sink blockage turned into quite the plumbing investigation for our Service Pro crew!

When the blockage wouldn't clear, our technicians had to follow the drain further into the plumbing system to track down the problem.

And when they finally found it? Let's just say the photos speak for themselves. 😳

Sometimes a clogged drain needs more than a quick fix. This one required opening up the wall and replacing a section of piping to get things flowing properly again.

Of all the places you might find water, your gas fireplace should not be one of them. 😳

When our technician pressed the button to light the pilot, water started coming out through the burner or***ce, creating that little fountain you see in the video. Water was also coming through the pilot light because it had made its way into the gas valve.

This is a rare one, but it is a pretty good reminder that sometimes the real problem is not what you expect to find.

If something does not look right with your heating equipment, leave it to a professional to investigate. Give Service Pro a call.
