These stairs weren’t framed to be dressed but we did it anyway! Each stair had a different cup on the tread. Each rise was different in height and out of square either over 90 degrees or under. Glued down LVP wrapped around the nosing was the way to go!

The main event in a 2 bathroom remodel for the same home. Both bathrooms are equipped with programmable heated floors, leading to curb-less entry showers that have built in niches.

This master ensuite got the LED niche, under cabinet motion detected lights. A custom hexagon inlay going from the shower pan to the floor tiles. As well as LED mirrors!

Thank you a thousand times to the clients for trusting me with these projects! We managed to fit in a few other projects with the budget that were on their back burner while I was there!

800+ squared ends .
2800+ pre drilled holes
2800+ screws
32 D rings routered in on the corners.
All done with 7 jigs to make 1340 square feet of swim float.

Repetitive cuts and holes in those kind of numbers. Makes it well worth it to take the time to make jigs!
It’s way faster and more precise in the long run.

Headed to a remote private resort here in the west coast.
