Project Update - Exshaw School Kitchen & Snackateria Update

We’re nearly there, this project is almost complete 👏🏻

The cleaners are on site, the finishing touches are underway, and we have just a few final details left to wrap up. It’s exciting to see everything come together as we put the final polish on this transformed space.
With the new school year kicking off next week, we’re right on schedule and looking forward to handing over a refreshed kitchen and snackateria that will serve students and staff for years to come.

A big thank you to our project partners and trades for their hard work in helping bring this project across the finish line.

Progress Update - 9 Rabbit Street, Banff

Things are continuing to move along behind the scenes on this exciting project. We’re currently working with a talented team of engineers, consultants, and our architectural partners at Metafor as discussions with the Town of Banff progress through the Development Permit process.

While there isn’t much visible activity on site just yet, a tremendous amount of coordination, planning, and technical work is taking place to help bring this vision to reality. Every successful project is built on a strong foundation of collaboration, and we’re grateful to be working alongside such a dedicated team.

BCHS Science Room Update - That’s a Wrap! 🚧

Well, that’s a wrap on the Science Room Update project at BCHS! Thanks to the hard work, collaboration, and expertise of our trade partners, we were able to successfully deliver this project ahead of schedule. From demolition to finishing touches, every crew brought their best, and the results speak for themselves.

One of the most rewarding aspects of this project was working alongside the CRPS team to identify opportunities to refurbish, reuse, and relocate existing items within the space rather than simply discarding everything and starting from scratch. Not only did this help preserve valuable resources, but it also added a unique element to the project that required creativity, flexibility, and teamwork from everyone involved.

We’re incredibly pleased with how everything came together. The updated science classrooms are now brighter, more functional, and better equipped to support students and staff for years to come.

A big shoutout to all of our trade partners for embracing the vision, adapting to the challenges that come with reusing existing materials, and executing every detail flawlessly. This project is a great example of what can be accomplished when everyone works toward a common goal.

Progress Update - Exshaw School Kitchen & Snackateria

Last week, the crew from Trident is seen here nearing completion on the installation of the new wood wall panels in the Snackateria space, and we couldn’t be happier with how it’s turning out. The warm finishes are helping bring the vision for this space to life, and it’s looking fantastic so far.

This was our first time working with the team at Trident Installation Services, and they have absolutely nailed our expectations. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism have made them a valuable partner on this project, and the finished product speaks for itself.

Progress Update - 9 Rabbit Street

We can’t wait to see these current state images evolve into a vibrant residential development that will help meet the growing housing needs of the Banff community. It’s always super exciting for us to see a project at this stage, knowing the potential that lies ahead.

Our partners at Metafor continue to work with the Town of Banff on Development Permit application for this incredible common amenity apartment development, and we’re looking forward to advancing through the approval process and breaking ground in the coming months.

The Spa - Project Update

We’re getting so close now! This last week we checked several items off our list:
✅ Ceilings are complete
✅ Sprinklers are installed
✅ Flooring is wrapping up
✅ Finishing carpenters are putting the final touches in place

Next, we’ll move into the finishing stage with lighting, hardware, plugs, and switches bringing the space together and adding all those details that make a project truly shine.

It’s incredible to look back at how far we’ve come in such a short time. What started as a construction site is quickly becoming a beautiful, welcoming spa, and the finish line is finally in sight for Emerald Beauty to call this place home!

We can’t wait to share the completed space with you. Stay tuned for the final stretch of this transformation!

BCHS Science Room Update – Progress Review

Well… we can confirm, in fact, that it really is all in the details 🔎

Our trade partners at Tri-Star Woodworking have been hard at work on the new countertops and finishing carpentry, and it’s pretty incredible to see the skill and precision that goes into creating these custom pieces. There are some seriously talented carpenters on this crew!

Having worked with Tri-Star several times in the past, we knew the finished product would be exceptional, and once again, they have not disappointed. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality are evident in every aspect of the work.

The Tri-Star team is on track to wrap up early next week, which will clear the way for our plumbing and flooring crews to move in and keep the momentum going. With every trade bringing their expertise to the project, the updates to these three learning spaces are quickly taking shape and we couldn’t be more pleased.

A huge thank you to the entire Tri-Star Woodworking team for another job exceptionally well done. We can’t wait to share the next phase of progress with everyone as the project moves forward.
