Before ➡️ After: The Spa Project

When we first stepped into this space, it was little more than concrete floors, dark walls, and a blank canvas full of potential. Fast forward to today, and we’ve delivered a warm, inviting spa environment that perfectly balances modern sophistication with comfort and relaxation.

From new millwork and elegant brushed brass finishes to carefully selected flooring, lighting, and architectural details, every element was thoughtfully curated to bring the vision to life. The result is a beautiful new Spa, where clients will be welcomed into a space designed to help them unwind, recharge, and feel their best.

Kitchen Equipment Feature - Exshaw School Kitchen & Snackateria Update

As part of the completed Exshaw School Kitchen & Snackateria renovation, we partnered once again with Geanel Restaurant Supplies Ltd., continuing a relationship that began during our Canmore Collegiate High School Kitchen & Cafeteria Update in the summer of 2024.

Working alongside the project team, Geanel provided valuable expertise throughout the planning and equipment selection process, helping ensure the new kitchen was equipped to meet the needs of students and staff for years to come. Their knowledge and collaborative approach helped contribute to the successful delivery of a modern, functional food service space.

We appreciate the opportunity to have worked together again and thank the team at Geanel for their support in bringing this project to completion.

Before ➡️ After | BCHS Science Room Update

What began as three aging classrooms has been transformed into bright, modern, and highly functional learning environments. Through layout reconfigurations, updated cabinetry and custom millwork, new countertops, fresh paint, and flooring upgrades, these spaces have been completely revitalized to better support students and staff.

One of the most rewarding parts of this project was working with the client to refurbish and relocate select existing elements, combining thoughtful sustainability with a fresh new look.

We’re incredibly proud of the result and grateful to our outstanding trade partners who helped bring it to life.

Project Announcement - The Next Chapter Begins…

We’re excited to share that one of our consulting clients is taking the next step in their journey, and we’ll be moving forward with them as their General Contractor.

This initial phase marks the beginning of what will be a much larger, long-term project. To help guide key design decisions, we’ll be testing a variety of finishes, fixtures, and design features to determine which options best align with our client’s vision. This approach gives them the opportunity to see, touch, and experience the proposed updates firsthand before committing to them on a larger scale.

We always enjoy watching this stage come to life. It’s where ideas begin to take shape and the vision for the project starts becoming a reality.

We’re especially grateful that this opportunity came through a referral from one of our valued long-term clients. The trust and confidence our clients place in us means everything, and we couldn’t be more thankful for their continued support.

About Us - Jaxon & Ethan

This summer, Jaxon completed his internship with Polaris Builders, taking on the full management of two projects while providing support across several others. His leadership, initiative, and growing construction knowledge made him a valuable member of the team. Jaxon has now returned to SAIT to continue pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, and we’re excited to see him build on the experience he gained this summer as he works toward his future in the industry.

Ethan, an aspiring Architectural Technologist, spent most of his time this summer working outside of Polaris Builders gaining practical experience in the framing industry. This was guided by his belief that if you can design it, you should understand how to build it. The hands-on knowledge he gained on site will complement his future career and design perspective. He has now returned to the Business Management program SAIT.

When they’re not on the job site, Ethan and Jaxon can be found on the court as members of the SAIT Trojans Men’s Basketball Team. Following an impressive 24-0 regular season last year, they’re back for another exciting season. We’re proud of the dedication and work ethic they bring both to construction and to the game, and we look forward to cheering them on this year.

🍂 Seasons change 🍂

There’s always something special about this time of year. As the long summer days begin to fade and the colours of fall settle in around us, we find ourselves shifting into a new rhythm. The carefree pace of summer gives way to school schedules, work commitments, sports practices, and all the routines that come with the season ahead.

The truth is, life is busy in every season, just in different ways. As we pause to take in the change around us, we’re reminded how fortunate we are to live and work in such an incredible community. Watching families grow, businesses thrive, and new projects become part of the landscape is a privilege we never take for granted.

For our team, this season is also a time for reflection. We’re grateful for the trust our clients place in us, the relationships we’ve built, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the place we proudly call home.
