Progress Update - 412 Cougar Street

This week, we’ve been connecting with our valued trade partners to gain deeper insight into the preliminary budgeting and planning stages of the project. Collaboration at this early phase is key to setting a strong foundation for a successful build.

We’re also pleased to officially announce that we have been signed on as the General Contractor for this exciting project. As a local builder, we’re proud to bring our expertise, knowledge, and strong industry relationships to every stage of the process.

We look forward to continuing to work alongside other members of the project team and our trade partners to deliver a high-quality project that reflects the unique character and standards of the Banff community.

As another school year wraps up at Banff Community High School, we’re excited to get started on our Science Room Update summer project!

While students head off to enjoy a well earned summer break next week, we’ll be moving in to give their science space a much needed reconfiguration and refresh - creating a more functional, modern environment for learning.

Up first - demo day! A big shoutout to our partners at Canmore Demolition who will be leading the charge as we kick things off.

Progress is happening over at The Spa ✨

Last week, the crew from DVS wrapped up the steel stud framing, paving the way for our partners at Carignan Mechanical and Wildrose Electric to move in and get started on their respective scopes of work.

What was once a blank slate is really starting to take shape, and it’s a pretty cool thing to see it come together. We’re excited to watch this vision continue to transform over the next few months and can’t wait for Emerald Beauty to call this incredible new space home!

Project Update - The Spa

This week, the team from Competition Concrete was onsite completing the repour and fill work, helping set the stage for the next phase of construction. With that work wrapped up, our framing and electrical trade partners are now able to move in and get started.

It’s always exciting to see the groundwork come together as the space begins its transformation. We’re looking forward to sharing more progress as this project continues to take shape!

Progress Update – 412 Cougar Street

We are continuing to provide pre-construction services for our clients, working closely with the architects and design team as we move through the Development Approval process. This phase is a critical step in bringing the vision to life and will likely span the next few months.

Collaborative planning is where great builds begin, and we couldn’t be happier with how things are progressing. The renderings are coming together beautifully, and we’re looking forward to seeing the next stages of this project unfold.

Project Update – 12 Skogan Peak Drive

We’re excited to see progress unfolding at Exshaw Mountain Gateway - the future home of our speculative build at 12 Skogan Peak Drive. This new development, just minutes from Canmore, is shaping up to be something truly special! By the looks of things, surface work crews are making great strides toward reaching their milestones.

Every step like this brings us closer to the Developer securing Construction Completion Certificates for the neighbourhood… and that means we’re getting closer to breaking ground on this beautiful new home build!

We’re looking forward to getting started and bringing this vision to life in such an incredible setting. More updates to come as things continue to move ahead 🏡

Project Update – The Spa (Emerald Beauty)

Last week, our concrete and plumbing crews were onsite laying the groundwork – literally - by cutting and preparing the slab and installing the plumbing layout. Seeing careful planning turn into real progress is such a rewarding milestone.

Next steps are already lined up: the team from Competition Concrete will be back to fill in the cuts and secure the foundation, and by the end of next week, our framing crew from DVS is set to begin bringing the structure to life.

We can’t wait to see this space continue to take shape in the weeks that lay ahead 🚧
