Warehouse/Project Specialist

AMAC Electric (2004) Ltd. is an electrical contracting company doing business on Prince Edward Island.
We get involved in all aspects of electrical work from trouble shotting electrical equipment to multi-unit apartment building, commercial fit ups, agriculture builds, custom homes.

This is a full-time on-site role in Cardigan, PE. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including supervising staff, managing shipping and receiving, handling materials, and maintaining inventory control. The Supervisor will also be responsible for managing projects, ensuring material is delivered on time and within budget. Daily tasks will include coordinating with various departments, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining communication with managers. The role also involves overseeing sales-related activities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in Shipping & Receiving processes
Proficiency in Material Handling and Inventory Control
Strong organizational, Multi tasking and time-management skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Prior experience in a warehousing or logistics environment is beneficial

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Apprentice. The role is located in Charlottetown, PE. The apprentice will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, troubleshooting electrical issues, conducting routine maintenance on electrical systems, and ensuring that all work complies with local and national electrical codes.

Qualifications
• Experience with Electricity and Electrical Equipment
• Knowledge of Power Generation systems
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
