A pair of photos illustrating the difference the color temperature of lighting can have on the final colouring of a room. The first photo is with 5k lighting (daylight or more blue) and the second photo is with 3.5k (warmer or more yellow/orange). The 5k lighting colour really balances out the natural yellows in this room, giving a brighter and more neutral finish. Many LED fixtures are now colour-selectable, allowing you to make these adjustments on-site.

Wiring a modular classroom unit at the new Kalesnikoff K3 facility. They are getting ready to start assembly production on a range of modular mass timber prefabricated units. This is a 2-section modular demonstration unit that they will tour around to trade shows etc. to promote their new capabilities. Wired for lights and plugs, with wireless powerpacks controlling the lighting and dimming across the partion. Installed a subpanel with a 30a generator interlock so they can power the unit on the road. Impressive to see such a modern facility here in the West Kootenays.

If you've got a CEB Housepower panel in your home, it's past due for a replacement. These panels were phased out in the 80's. At best it is 40+ years old. They are known to have defective breakers that fail to trip. Look at the state of this panel we just replaced.

Don't mix and match breakers and panel brands. 2-pole 100 amp Westinghouse breaker in a Siemens Blueline panel. Potentially a failure due to loose connection made during a DIY unpermitted replacement. Thermal imaging camera spots the problem quickly.
