Simple spaces yet huge impact!

Functionality doesn't have to compromise style, will it always looked staged? No! However even in real use this space will work!

Now this is a before + after.

We took this little bathroom down to the bones and gave it a complete rethink, better use of the space, a much brighter feel, and finishes that make it feel like an entirely different room.

Hard to believe it’s the same bathroom.

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at HCAD.

We’re feeling extra grateful for our amazing clients, our hardworking team, the trades and suppliers we get to work alongside, and this community that continues to support our little family business.

Wishing everyone a cozy Thanksgiving weekend filled with good food, good company, and a little time to slow down and enjoy it all. 🦃🍁

Officially signing off and starting maternity leave as we get ready to welcome the newest little Horvath addition this November. 🤍

I’m so grateful for our amazing HCAD team holding down the fort while I take some time away to soak in this next chapter with our family.

See you on the other side, likely with a baby attached to me while juggling two other kids between hockey, school, dance and everything in between. 🤎😅

Behind the scenes at HCAD 🔨

There’s a lot that happens between a set of plans and the finished space you see at the end.
Our process is built around planning ahead:
Defining the scope, coordinating trades, sequencing the work, monitoring costs, and completing quality checks along the way.

It’s how we keep projects organized and make sure the details are considered long before the finishings go in.

Because a successful project isn’t just about the final reveal. It’s about having a solid process behind it from start to finish.

This kitchen just feels like home. 🤎

We love the mix of soft green cabinetry, warm wood tones and black accents, but more than anything, we love how comfortable and lived-in this space feels.

A kitchen that looks beautiful, works for everyday life, and flows right into the rest of the home. Exactly how it should be.

Cozy fall vibes, bathroom edition. 🍂
Warm tones, rich colour and a space that makes slowing down at the end of the day feel a little easier.

Today we recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. 🧡

We take this day to honor the children who never returned home, the Survivors of residential schools, and their families and communities.

We encourage our team and community to take time today to listen, learn, reflect, and continue building a greater understanding of the history and ongoing impacts of residential schools.

Every Child Matters.
