Prior to moving to Rossland with his wife Tasha and their two dogs, Thomas taught plumbing at KPU (Kwantlen Polytechnic University) near Vancouver. He has had residential and commercial plumbing and gas experience in Vancouver, Whistler, Squamish, the Sunshine Coast and the Okanagan. Tasha and Thomas are recent transplants to the Kootenays and are happy to embrace the mountain lifestyle and become active members of the local communities they live, work and play in.

How old is your water heater?
Many insurance providers want them replaced every ten years.
The serial number tells you the age. Typically the first two numbers indicate the year and the second two indicate the week of manufacture depending on the brand of tank.
Send us a pic of the serial number if you are wondering.
We can replace that tank in about an hour if you need another.

This tub/shower faucet in Warfield was no longer functional. Three plumbers told the client that replacing this would require a new valve, new trim and likely new shower walls.
We took a look and locally sourced a new tub/shower faucet that would work without renovating the walls.
Functioning faucet in under an hour
