Controller

Bevan Bros Ltd. and Olympia Electric Inc. are family owned companies, operating with traditional values such as loyalty, honesty, and a strong work ethic. We are seeking a controller to join our team. The successful candidate will have solid interpersonal skills, sound judgement and the ability to work with others or independently.

Responsibilities:
- Financial statement preparation and management reporting for multiple companies
- Day-to-day accounting management
- Implement and manage internal processes and controls
- Cash flow reporting, monitoring and analysis
- Year-end external accountant coordination
- Other accounting, finance and special project responsibilities as required

Qualifications:
- CPA designation
- 5+ years in a management role
- Strong ability to work independently, make valuable recommendations and prioritize
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic
- HR experience considered an asset
