Lots happening at the Beasley new home project today. A dozen workers on site. Garage floor poured, insulation being finished, drywall being delivered and installed, coax cable and central vac going. 👍

A 70's split-level received a major update by opening up the living area by removing dividing walls and expanding the kitchen into the previously extra long garage.

Before and after a recent Kentwood reno: Photo 1 is the former bathroom that became a walk-in closet; Photo 2 and 3 show an extra bedroom that was transformed into the new bathroom - featuring a free standing tub, roll-in tiled shower and a new double sink vanity with granite top.
