We’ve officially hired a new Branch Manager.
He’s taken over quality assurance, lumber testing, and site supervision. He’s young, completely untrained in carpentry, but exceptionally dedicated. So far, his performance review shows outstanding commitment to retrieving supplies and inspecting every stick that comes on-site.
Job Responsibilities:
⭐️Testing all job site branches for durability.
⭐️Conducting mandatory, unannounced lunchbox inspections.
⭐️Ensuring zero leftovers remain on-site.
⭐️Barking out orders to keep the crew moving.
His compensation package includes 100% belly rubs, zero taxes, unlimited treats, and continuous fetch benefits.

Here’s one of our current projects a 16x20 cabin we’re building. We have worked on this project for a total of 2 days now and will be framing up wall’s Monday morning.

🏆 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH... AGAIN! 🏆
We’ve crunched the numbers, reviewed the performance logs, and evaluated the metrics for the 12th month in a row. It was a tight race, but Luc has managed to pull off the clean sweep! 😉
As our foreman and (let's be honest) the entire backbone of the crew, Luc has officially been the reigning Employee of the Month for a solid year straight. The competition was fierce, the tension in the mirror was real, but his dedication to TRD Contracting is unmatched.
In all seriousness, thank you, Luc, for your incredible hard work, long hours, and for keeping every job site running smoothly. We couldn't do it without you—literally! 🛠️💪
