We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer/Helper to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate must:
• Have a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation to jobsites
• Be dependable, punctual and willing to work
• Be physically capable of construction-related tasks
• Follow instructions and work well with others
• Take pride in quality work and maintaining a clean jobsite

Previous construction experience and having basic tools are considered assets, but we’re willing to train the right person.

The position may be seasonal or develop into permanent employment, with plenty of opportunity to learn new skills, take on more responsibility and grow within the company.

Wage will be based on experience and ability.

🔨 From an old garage door to a secure, weatherproof double-door entrance!

For this transformation, we:

✅ Removed the existing garage door
✅ Built a temporary support wall to safely carry the roof while the new structural beam was installed
✅ Framed the new rough opening
✅ Installed and waterproofed the new double doors
✅ Installed all door hardware
✅ Applied flashing, house wrap and matching siding
✅ Sealed every joint and the full perimeter of the doors with high-grade thermoplastic caulking to prevent water intrusion
✅ Cladded the wood trim around the rear double doors for a durable, low-maintenance waterproofing solution
✅ Removed all construction debris and left the property clean

A lot of important work goes on behind the finished siding. Proper structural support, flashing, waterproofing and sealing are what ensure the finished project doesn’t just look great—it performs properly and lasts.

Another fence project complete! 🔨

This 6' privacy fence was carefully built to follow the natural contour of the property, maintaining consistent coverage while working with the significant slope of the yard.

Each section was finished with post caps for a clean, polished look. Once construction was complete, we also added fresh soil and grass seed around each post, helping return the disturbed areas of the yard back to their original condition.

Because a finished job isn't just about what we build — it's about how we leave your property when we're done.

Another basement bathroom renovation completed!

This project involved much more than simply installing new fixtures. Every step was completed with long-term quality and durability in mind.

✔️ Complete bathroom renovation
✔️ Custom PVC trim fabricated and installed around the shower for a clean, maintenance-free finish
✔️ Rockwool Safe'n'Sound insulation installed to improve sound reduction between rooms
✔️ Laundry room improvements, including installing plywood backing on one wall and drywall finishing on another
✔️ Converted the washer and dryer to a stacked configuration to maximize usable space
✔️ Repaired and refinished the basement ceilings for a seamless look throughout the space

For this project, we replaced a few century-old windows with modern energy-efficient units, ensuring they were properly leveled, insulated, and sealed for long-lasting performance.

Not every project has to be a full renovation to make a big difference.

For this homeowner, we built a new separation wall to create a private entrance between the upper and lower levels, making the downstairs ready to be used for boarding tenants.

This project included:

Another transformation complete! 🔨✨

This basement renovation was about much more than updating the appearance—it was about restoring the space properly and delivering a finished product the homeowners can enjoy for years to come.

Throughout this project we:

- Repaired existing water damage.
- Added Rockwool insulation for improved comfort and sound reduction.
- Installed new drywall where required.
- Painted the entire basement.
- Built and prepared the space for a new kitchenette, with the cabinetry to be installed once it arrives.
- Renovated the bathroom.
- Installed all new lighting throughout the basement.
- Replaced the toilets and updated the lighting in the bathrooms throughout the home.
- Installed new baseboards and trim throughout the renovated areas.
- Sourced new flooring that perfectly matched the existing floors after the original product had been discontinued, creating a seamless transition throughout the home.
- Tiled the fireplace surround with precision and attention to detail.
- Cladded select exterior windows for a clean, durable, maintenance-free finish.
- Added and repaired eavestrough where necessary.
- Sealed all vulnerable areas to help prevent future water intrusion.
- Coordinated all required trades to ensure the project ran smoothly from start to finish.

Every renovation comes with its own unique challenges, and this one was no exception. Whether it was restoring water damage, tracking down discontinued flooring to maintain a consistent look, or ensuring the exterior was properly sealed against future water intrusion, our focus never changed: delivering exceptional craftsmanship without cutting corners.

The project is nearly complete, with just the basement bathroom vanity and kitchenette cabinetry still on order. Once they arrive, we'll be back to complete those final finishing touches.

🔥 FIREPLACE FEATURE WALL 🔥

Another custom fireplace feature wall wrapped up for our Owen Sound renovation, and this one was built to last.

For this project, we didn't just install tile and call it a day. We took the extra steps necessary to ensure a perfectly finished product and long-term durability:

✔ Leveled and squared the walls to ensure the future countertop will tie into the fireplace flawlessly
✔ Installed large-format tile with a high heat-tolerant mortar designed for fireplace applications
✔ Custom welded, painted, and installed the fireplace surround for a clean finished look
✔ Used high-temperature caulking in critical areas for added protection and longevity
✔ Focused on precise layout, alignment, and consistency from floor to ceiling.

The difference between an average installation and a premium installation is often found in the details that nobody sees. Taking the time to properly prepare surfaces, use the right materials, and build for the long term is what separates quality craftsmanship from simply getting the job done.
