A lot of the work happens long before construction starts.

We are sitting down with customers, working through designs, reviewing plans, and building budgets that actually make sense for their project. It’s about finding that balance between what they want, what they need, and where their money is best spent.

Good planning upfront means fewer surprises later—and a smoother build from day one.

A poultry barn addition isn’t always as simple as adding onto the building.

As part of this expansion, an existing bunker had to be relocated to make room for the new addition. That meant building the foundation, coordinating the move, and making sure the farm could continue operating efficiently throughout the process.

There’s something special about building a home that’s designed around the people who will live in it.

From the exterior details and welcoming front porch to the custom finishes, unique bathrooms and statement fireplace, every choice helps turn a set of plans into a home that feels completely personal.

At Kloot Construction, we love helping families bring their ideas to life and build custom homes that fit the way they live today — and the memories they’ll make there for years to come.

Thinking about building your dream home? We’d love to be part of it.
