GYB Traffic Control is looking to hire 1 Experienced LCTs to our team in the up coming weeks. We are based in Chilliwack, and work mostly in the Fraser Valley. Apply to join our team today.
What We Offer
• LCTs: $27–$29/hr
• Wage depending on experience
• Health & dental (after 3 months)
• Modern fleet + 24/7 dispatch support
🔧 Your Role
• Direct vehicles and maintain safe traffic flow
• Set up and take down traffic control equipment
• Keep crews and the public safe
• Communicate clearly with your team
• Working well with others and friendly attitude
📝 Requirements
• Valid BCCSA TCP Certificate
• Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
• Physically able to work 8–12-hour shifts, sometimes longer
• Reliable, safety-focused, and professional
📆 Shifts
• 20–40 hours/week
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts available

Today’s job had us helping with traffic control for a commercial, and stepping into a street full of Christmas decorations was a reminder that the year is flying by. Halfway through July already!

Every project is different, but our commitment stays the same: keeping crews, pedestrians, and the public safe while work gets done. Great work by the GYB team today!
