🔥 THEY’RE BACK! 🔥

Chilliwack and Abbotsford homeowners, we’ve got some exciting news!

FortisBC dual fuel heating rebates return October 15, 2026, and our team at High Standard Heating & Cooling is here to help you explore your options!

💰 Up to $4,000 for eligible residential customers
💰 Up to $8,000 for eligible income-qualified customers

Is your gas furnace at least 15 years old?
You could qualify for a rebate when you replace it with an eligible dual fuel heating system.

🏡 What is a dual fuel system?
It combines an electric heat pump with a gas furnace, giving you heating and air conditioning from the heat pump, with the furnace providing heat when needed.

Here’s what you need to know:

✅ Your existing gas furnace must be at least 15 years old.
✅ Your new heat pump and furnace must form a qualifying matched system.
✅ Installation must take place after October 15, 2026.
✅ Installation must be completed by a licensed gas contractor registered with the Home Performance Contractor Network for this rebate.
✅ The higher rebate is subject to the income-qualified program’s eligibility requirements.

Homeowners are responsible for submitting their rebate application. We’ll provide the required installation documentation to support yours.
