That’s why businesses need more than just awareness.

🔒 Multi-Factor Authentication
🔒 Up-to-date software
🔒 Clear processes for verifying unusual requests

If a request involves money, sensitive information or urgent action, stop and verify it through another trusted channel.

Some Windows 11 PCs have been affected by a bug that can cause hidden system files to use hundreds of GB of storage.

Cybercriminals are now impersonating IT support through Microsoft Teams, asking employees to share screens or install remote-support software.

Once access is granted, attackers may be able to access systems and company data.

The lesson? Don’t trust a message just because it comes through Teams.

🔐 Verify who you’re speaking to.
🖥️ Be cautious about remote-access requests.
📞 Confirm through a trusted channel before giving access.
