Leaking toilet repair.

This toilet was spewing water out of the floor into the ceiling below whenever it was flushed.

We started by cutting out the damaged drywall and taking a look at where the water was coming from. This renter got the landlord special as when we popped the toilet off it was clearly the wax ring they previously installed themselves that had failed. So, we put on a new jumbo wax ring and new bolts, secured the falange to the floor with some new 3" screws, reinstalled the toilet, flushed it a few times and we were in the clear. We finished by installing some new drywall over the hole.

After and before pictures of this exterior finishing carpentry.

This customer wanted their exterior beams wrapped in some new wood (previously painted black) so they could apply a walnut stain and expand the size of the posts. The rough cut douglas fir used was a great choice.

This client called us complaining how his Airbnb guests overfilled his hot tub and the filter was not working properly. I showed up within 2 hours and got to work. I started by emptying out a few inches of water, then applied some shock and added a puck of chlorine to the dispenser. I went on to clean the filter, and netted out the debris floating around and finished by wiping down the edges. We got it back in useable shape within a few hours.

Full cleaning and light bulb swap on this customers chandelier. We scrubbed every piece of glass and wiped down the whole chandelier with a wet cloth and duster, then finished by installing all new light bulbs.
