It took approximately 2 days to bring this garden back to life. Some shrubs had to go, some had to be doctored like the false cypress. I could not bring myself to remove it due to saggy branches so we tied them up and am pleased with the results. Some nippon daisies will be added in front of the roses. The lady of the house said she loved the hummingbirds and butterflies that visited the garden while she looked through her kitchen window. So maybe some foxglove, delphiniums, hummingbird mint and hibiscus with the daisies.

We had a weeding fest at this site! And we got to use the tractor for mulching!! Can't wait to see they're new path alon...

What a transformation! Cleared brush and expanded existing garden. Extended the wall and planted perennials and grasses for season long color and blooms. Client re-purposed wood to make a garden path. I hope the resident squirrel loves his new dining space. More to come for this lovely property!

Extremely satisfying!! A much needed clean up, pruning of the old wood from the old rose bush and giving the hydrangeas some air. Removed the sunken rock border and reinstalled inside the cut edge to make mowing life easier 🍃 I have to add it was also one of the best views we've had onsite.
