She's home.
The L5460 is back in the yard.
And just like that - the energy shifted.
There's something about seeing your equipment lined up in front of you. Blades. Blowers. Pushers. Tractors. It hits different when it's all starting to come together and you think - this is actually happening. Another season. Another winter.
And we are ready for it.
Almost.
The yard is close but not complete. One tractor still out. Three blades on their way. Another blower coming. But what is here right now - it looks good. The M7060 and the L5460 sitting side by side. Snowblades lined up. New blower next to the old one.
Both ready. Because this year we made a decision.
We weren't going into a single storm without a spare.

3am. Storm rolling in hard. Primary blower goes down.
Every minute that passes is a driveway not done, a business that can't open, a customer who needed you - and you couldn't deliver. We've thought about that moment. We've prepared for it.
That call will never get made.
Our second plow truck arrives Monday. Straight to the shop for measurements, then shipped to Timmins for a salt sander spreader install. Brand new Kubota tractor comes in the same day. Driveway markers land Monday or Tuesday - every single one goes in the ground before the week is out. New crew starts this week too. Training. Installing markers. Triple checking every list. Making sure every single customer is accounted for before the first flake falls.
I have invested everything into this.
Not just equipment. Not just time. Everything. Because our clients deserve a company that shows up - not just when it's easy, but when it's hard, when it's cold, when it's 3am and nobody's watching.
You know that feeling when you're up before the sun and suddenly it's 2am and you haven't stopped?
That's this week.
Equipment during the day. Calls in the evening. Routes, accounts, and admin at midnight when the yard finally goes quiet. You run on coffee and the pull of knowing exactly what you're building - and exactly who's counting on you.

Every property. Every account. Every stop we are responsible for when the snow starts falling. It's a lot of ground. And every name on that list trusted us with their winter.
We don't take that lightly.
One more thing we believe in - transparency. We are fully insured. And if we ever hit something, you will hear it from us first. Not a week later. Not when you notice it. We call right away, we own it completely, and we don't stop until it's resolved to your satisfaction.
