Job Position: Concrete Finisher/Laborer
Job Location: Northumberland County - Bay of Quinte Areas
Company Briefing: Earth-Crete Ontario Inc. is gearing up for the 2023/2024 construction season and we are looking to hire experienced and hardworking employees to join our Concrete Team. We specialize in all aspects of concrete construction including but not limited to; curb & sidewalk, custom forming, retaining walls, and stairs/pads. Through precision and meticulous planning, we strive to complete all projects in a quick and efficient manner. We are a family owned and operated business that has established ourselves as a leading provider of both heavy civil construction and concrete construction within the Northumberland County and Bay of Quinte Areas. Tasks/Responsibility:
• Assisting with project set-up and demolition
• Reliable/Punctual
• Able to perform accurate grade checks and concrete form setting
• Able to perform all concrete finishing skills/duties
• Complete daily assessments and maintain a clean work environment
• Able to properly grade and compact all necessary granular material
• Knowledgeable in project remediation and backfill
• Able to work safely while multi-tasking throughout the day
• Willing to complete all assigned tasks to complete daily projects
• Available to work 12-hour days throughout the primary construction season when needed
Qualifications:
• Full G driver’s license
• Reliable means of transportation
• 2+ years of concrete finishing/construction experience mandatory
• Experience running skidsteer and small excavators considered an asset

We specialize in all aspects of civil construction including, but not limited to; site servicing, site remediation, bulk earth moving, road construction, and concrete construction. Job Position: AZ/DZ Drivers

Job Location: Northumberland County - Bay of Quinte Areas

We specialize in all aspects of civil construction including, but not limited to; site servicing, site remediation, bulk earth moving, road construction, and concrete construction. • DZ - Able to operate tri-axle dump trucks
• AZ – Able to float heavy machinery when needed
• Working under on-site Forman
• Able to accurately complete mandatory circle checks within the MTO Guidelines
• Able to accurately complete all mandatory driving logs prior to starting trip
• Understands and can maintain the servicing of a given truck
• Able to maintain cleanliness of a given truck
• Able to properly maintain all internal records and material haul information
• Must be reliable and on-time
• Willing to complete all assigned tasks to complete daily projects
• Available to work 12-hour days throughout the primary construction season when needed
• Able to work weekends if needed

Qualifications:
• Full AZ/DZ license
• 2+ years of AZ/DZ driving experience mandatory
• Experience floating heavy equipment considered an asset
• Experience hauling material to and from quarries and pits considered an asset
• Experience navigating trucks in and out of site development and road construction considered an asset
