Maintenance is important folks. This project came as a result of lack of maintenance; clogged evestroughs, a failing sump pump and poor surface drainage; all led to this wall pushing in! We replaced the entire backwall of this building! Waterproofed with Blueskin and regraded for positive drainage away from the building. This was not a small/cheap job...PLEASE maintain, its far more cost effective!

Here is a beautiful little deck & basement walk-out project we did for a customer just outside Orillia. Basement walkout walls were pushing in from frost action; we strightened, reinforced and recapped the existing walls with concrete before prepping for the new Trexx deck with cedar accents! Pretty sure this will be there longer than the house!
