Rough wired a new addition off of home in Campbell River. This includes interior, pot lights, exterior soffit pot lights on each exit door. A few interior outlets, a new exterior outlet, and an outlet for the new gas fireplace. Also the joys of working on a hot summer day – +30 outside +50 in the attic. 🥵

Rough in completed for this basement suite renovation in CR.

Complete with pot lighting throughout, In floor heating and motion kick lighting in the bathroom, and switched nightstand receptacles in the primary for lamp use.

Panel & Service Upgrades are J4 Electric’s specialty!

Repaired a client’s 200 amp service fee from the meter base to the main panel breaker.

The original installer of the service did some incredibly shotty work. The main conductors were scarred and scraped up to the point where there was exposed wire showing and hidden inside the conduit which could’ve led to some extremely dangerous situations.

BC Hydro came and did a full disconnect so I could completely replace the wiring and ensure the power supply is done safely and correctly.

Sometimes the smallest changes, make the biggest difference!

New Pot light install In the dining room area and also added gimbal lights in the vaulted ceiling of our clients living room.

Big upgrade from only have a switched plug in that large living room.
