Proposed Rezoning - 12-16 Rideouts Road
Council is considering a request from the property owner to re-zone 12-16 Rideouts Road. In general terms, 1.08 hectares would be re-zoned from “Residential Medium Density” to “Residential Multi Unit”.
The proposed re-zoning is intended to accommodate a proposed four story 64-unit apartment building. It would have a modern design and include both underground and surface parking.
🗓️A public information session to discuss the proposed re-zoning and the Land Use Impact Assessment Report will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Greenslade Gallery at the Town Hall on Wednesday October 8, 2025.
Council will accept written feedback on the proposed re-zoning and Land Use Impact Assessment Report until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
