Claudio began his career in 1996 at our Toronto Depot as a dispatcher and has since grown into his role as Sales Manager. Today, he drives revenue, builds strong client relationships, and leads the sales team to success. He focuses on securing new business, expanding existing accounts, and developing competitive pricing while working closely with operations to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

FUEL SURCHARGE NOTICE

Dear valued customer,

I am sure that you are aware that fuel prices have spiraled upward over the past several weeks and presently are higher than they have ever been in our history. We have acted in good faith in our attempt to resist seeking relief, but this has placed an undue burden on us. We had hoped that this would be a short-term inconvenience, but now it looks as if it will last longer than expected. Due to the critical nature of the current situation, we can no longer continue to absorb these increased costs.

Therefore, moving forward, we must implement a fuel surcharge on all orders. This letter serves as a notice regarding the price increase that Strada will put into effect on May 1, 2026.

A fuel surcharge will apply to the following items below.

Please read the following carefully to ensure full understanding
• All depot pricing (products include limestone, sand & gravel) +$1.50/tonne
• All depot pricing (products include recycled crushed concrete) +$.50/tonne
• All direct source pricing (pits/quarries) +$.50/tonne

All the above applies to pricing quoted prior to May 1.
These additional surcharges will be added to the bottom of your invoice specifying these fees.

A price review shall occur sixty (60) days following the effective date of this agreement, at which time the parties will negotiate any necessary adjustments in good faith.

We appreciate your business more than ever and will continue to do whatever is necessary to provide you with great service and reliability.

We regret that this action is necessary and deeply appreciate your understanding and partnership with us in helping to share the burden of these fuel cost increases.
