Another garage transformed with a Domino flake system. 🔥

For this project, we prepared the existing concrete and installed a full broadcast Domino flake system, creating a clean, seamless finish with great coverage and texture. The black, white and grey blend gives the garage a modern look while helping hide everyday dirt and wear.

But a flake floor is about more than just appearance.

It’s always rewarding to return to a project once it’s complete and see the finished result.

At Oakridge Park, our scope included over 45,000 SF of substrate leveling, along with shot blasting and surface preparation to create the required floor flatness for premium hardwood flooring installation.

Using more than 7,000 bags of self-leveler, our team worked to achieve a tolerance of 1/8” over 10’ across the entire area—laying the foundation for the beautiful finished spaces now open to the public.

Most visitors will never see the work beneath their feet, but every great finish starts with a properly prepared substrate.

Proud to have been part of this landmark Vancouver project.

This one was a tough repair 😮‍💨

Every step had an LED panel line underneath, which made the process even more challenging. We had to carefully repair all the damage left behind by the previous contractor—broken edges, uneven surfaces, and inconsistent pours.

From there, we re-leveled and adjusted the slope of each step while staying within provincial height and slope regulations. Not an easy task with this design.

To bring it all together, we applied a clean skim coat and finished it off with an acrylic sealer for that smooth, durable look.

Big transformation on this one.

This commercial cooler floor was a tough one:
• Heavy moisture in the slab
• Mold around the perimeter
• Multiple layers to remove
• Rusted metal base
• V***r pressure causing bubbling

We:
✔️ Fully prepped and ground the surface
✔️ Treated and removed mold
✔️ Installed moisture v***r barrier (MVB)
✔️ Addressed v***r bubbles + reinforced weak areas
✔️ Installed epoxy coving for a seamless transition
✔️ Applied a full polyaspartic topcoat for durability

Final result:
A clean, seamless, and sanitary floor ready for commercial use 🔥
