Across the 6th and 7th floors of Lululemon Athletica’s Burrard Street offices, an open and collaborative environment takes full advantage of the views across False Creek, with lighting that complements the clean, contemporary design.

At the heart of the lighting package is Liteline FORUM, a slim LED panel designed to move beyond the traditional office ceiling panel. Its range of sizes, colour temperatures, dimming options, and mounting configurations made it an ideal fit for the space.

Strategically integrated throughout the ceiling grid, FORUM provides a comfortable layer of ambient illumination while maintaining the clean visual language of the office.

Working alongside EDG Consulting Engineers, Sasco Contractors, and Wesco, the result is a lighting solution that feels right at home in a workplace built around wellbeing, creativity, and connection. 💡✨

✨ When lighting becomes part of the architecture, even the ceiling can tell a story.

The Richmond Cultural Centre Annex in Richmond, BC, transforms a 15,154 sq. ft. space into a vibrant hub for creativity, movement, and community, with lighting playing a defining role in the experience.

At the heart of the design is Axis Lighting Sculpt Forms, with more than 40 recessed triangular fixtures integrated throughout the corridor ceiling. Arranged within the T-bar system, the 3500K fixtures echo the building’s triangular floor plan and continue through the wayfinding elements and room signage, creating a visual language that carries throughout the Annex.

In the open areas and dance studios, Sculpt SoftZone Pendant Mounts combine illumination with acoustic performance. Suspended within the existing mass timber bays, the Slate, Cotton, and Concrete finishes complement the structure while helping reduce reverberation and create a more comfortable environment.

The result is lighting that does more than illuminate, it supports wayfinding, enhances acoustics, celebrates the building’s character, and reinforces its identity as a space for creativity and connection.

We’re also proud to share that the project received a 2025 IES Illumination Award of Merit, recognizing its contribution to innovative lighting design. 🏆💡
