If you are considering upgrading your home's wiring, now is the time to get rolling. NL's residential construction rebate program will give you 25% rebate, up to a maximum of $10K. Upgrading your electrical service means bringing everything up to code so it can cost between $12-16K depending on your house. Don't delay as need to have a contract in place with price and submit application for rebate by Aug. 7th. (Work can be done until March 2021).

Have you been considering a heat pump? It is the latest craze and for good reasons...
- provides heating and cooling
- is energy efficient (and therefore pays for itself with savings on power bill)
- is a medium to fast source of heat
- improves air quality (circulating and filtering the air)
- reduces moisture (think hot and humid days in summer).

A larger size unit with install and basic warranty will cost about $3500 + HST. Options for smaller units or extended warranty will change your price point.
