We are a growing local construction company offering a wide range of commercial and residental construction services from renovations to new construction with various projects throughout Western NL, because we like to keep things interesting and never boring.

We are looking for an experienced carpenter and an apprentice carpenter to join our team of professionals in a fast-paced environment, where you'll never be bored and always have a new challenge.

Carpentry experience is required, because we can't have you building something wonky.

Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions, like rain, snow, and the occasional sunburn.

Must maintain a clean and tidy work area. We’re not pigs.

Willing to work as part of a team, and independently, because sometimes you just need some alone time with your hammer and thoughts.

Must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy, respectable, and hardworking.

Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy, because we don't want any crooked walls or wonky floors.

Able and willing to perform strenuous work, because construction isn't for wimps.

Must uphold a strong standard and take pride in their work, because we're not just building houses, we're building dreams.

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, because deadlines are a thing.

Comfortable working at elevated heights, because we can't have you afraid of a little ladder.

Renovations aren’t just construction; we’re working in people’s homes, and trust matters.

We’re a family-run renovation company that’s built on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and doing things the right way.

As projects ramp up this spring, we’re looking to add a full-time Renovation Carpenter to the team.

This is a long-term spot for the right person — not a “fill a gap” hire.

🥾 You’re a fit if you…

- Have 5+ years renovation experience
- Are strong in finish carpentry and bring any specialty skills (ex: tile, plaster, etc.)
- Communicate well with clients and teammates (professional, respectful, clear)
- Have a valid driver’s license + your own transportation
- Work clean, protect the home, and take pride in the final 10% of the job

🔨 What the work actually looks like here

- Showing up on time, ready to work, and keeping a clean/safe jobsite
- Renovation carpentry: framing, drywall/patching, painting, flooring, trim, doors, hardware, finishes (depending on the project)
- Working in occupied homes respectfully (communication and cleanliness matter)
- Coordinating with the crew and following the plan so the job keeps moving
- Taking pride in the details at the end — not just “good enough”
