What is more complicated to plan&fabricate than it would appear? Building stairways and steps! These topend hot tub steps w/railing were a tricky and complicated project, built to match a composite deck In-Spec completed in 2023. Built with custom fir lumber, stained, and assembled with no visible screws showing.

Finished an interesting and unusual project. A Real Estate Developer wanted to install metal storage lockers in their basement storage rooms. Was surprisingly more difficult than it would appear; lots of metal/fabrication fit up & modifications, carpentry wood shims, and concrete coring/bolting to the walls and floors.

Tried something new. What appeared simple wasnt. Thanks to Davies Designs for the aluminum fabrication and Industrial Plastics for the molded tinted roof sheets. The Keyway covers add some nice sun and rain protection and more outdoor usable space for residents.

The In-Spec team just finished a massive month-long strata stormwater and perimeter drain system(s) removal & replacement. Hundreds of feet of perforated and PVC piping was replaced. The project challenged all of the team members and required a lot of planning, coordination, and will-power. There were some very hard physical days for the team working in all sorts of late winter and early spring conditions. The post construction site remediation was very succesful.

Kudos to Beaufort Concrete and Excavation, Edgett HydroVac, Santiago Hauling, LaFarge Gravel, Browns Pit, Central Builders, Pilot Tools, and Hyland Concrete. For all chipping in as subcontractors, service providers, material suppliers, and rentals to make this broad scope project come together.
