Finding your air conditioner is not cooling the way you would like? Keep these tips in mind:

Most energy experts, including Natural Resources Canada, recommend setting your air conditioner to 25°C. This temperature keeps you cool without overworking your AC unit.

Setting your thermostat to 25°C:
-Keeps indoor humidity at a manageable level
-Reduces the chance of your system short cycling or freezing up
-Supports the lifespan of your AC unit
-Helps avoid overloading your electrical panel during heatwaves

If you find 25°C too warm, lowering the temperature by a couple degrees is still appropriate but not lower than 23°C or so when the temperatures have been as high as they are. If the temperature outside is very high, setting your thermostat too low will force the system to run continuously without ever hitting the target, risking equipment strain and high energy bills.

⚠️ CUSTOMER ALERT – PLEASE SHARE ⚠️

We want to make our customers aware of a concerning situation that has recently been reported to us.

Over the past few weeks, we have had THREE customers tell us they were contacted by HVAC companies falsely claiming to represent our business, or telling them that we are going out of business and have sold them our customer list . In these cases, the companies then performed work that may not have been necessary.

We want to be absolutely clear:

✅ We are OPEN and operating normally.

If someone contacts you claiming to be from our company, or tells you that we are no longer in business, please be cautious and verify the information directly with us before agreeing to any service.

If you have questions about your equipment or receive a suspicious call, please contact us directly at 250-334-3621.

We take the trust our customers place in us very seriously and appreciate everyone who has brought these incidents to our attention.

Thank you for your continued support.
