Another project down and in the books, had such a wonderful and kind client ask us to remove and replace some rotted plywood which unfortunately turned into us discovering the whole wall, framing and rim joist below to be completely rotted out. As requested we pulled it out, reframed the windows and doors and got back in her siding.

A couple new projects just starting. We have a small bathroom renovation on the way. Tore out tub, vanity, toilet. Changed piping, removed heated flooring and tiles, added subfloor to bring the bathroom and main house flooring to the same height! Looking forward to seeing the final look!

After a couple months of hard work, solving problems, creating solutions, schedules and securing ad managing subtrades. We have finally finished our biggest project to date. We completed a major full house renovations. Completely new flooring and carpet. Redone stairs, added and removed a closet. Extended the walk in closet, swapped a whirlpool bath for a walk in shower, new vanities, toilets, bidets, shower heads, drains, new fixtures, lighted mirrors, new trim, removed a sliding patio and added a new door, opened up a wall for a new open concept living room and kitchen. New pot lights, wiring, baseboards, break panel, sinks, closet cabinetry, a completely reworked kitchen. New deck and railing. So much hard work, time, dedication and unwavering attention to detail has absolutely created this astounding completed project.

Another project in the books, this one was a bit trickier as everything was a bit different. California Valleys, lots of hips, vented ridge. Was a great effort by the team and Able To Go Construction’s roofing division continues to impress.
