Send them our way! If we hire the person you refer and they stay with VoltSEQ for at least three months, we’ll pay you a $300 referral bonus.
Just make sure they’re good—we already have enough extension cords with bad connections. 😂
VOLTSEQ ELECTRICAL IS HIRING!

💰 $38–$45 per hour, based on experience and capabilities
🛠️ Up to a $200 annual tool allowance
🎂 A paid day off for your birthday
🚚 Up to $500 in relocation assistance
⏱️ Overtime opportunities when available
📚 Training and professional development opportunities
🔥 Commercial, residential, service, generator and industrial work
🍔 Team barbecues, company events and plenty of laughs
Do you want a job where you earn good money, take pride in your work and actually enjoy coming to work?
When I was working for wages, I often felt like just another number. There wasn’t much recognition for doing a job well, communication was limited and training was always talked about but rarely happened.
VoltSEQ is working hard to do things differently.
We want our electricians to have a voice, take ownership of their work, develop their skills and be recognized for the contribution they make.
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Holds a Red Seal Construction Electrician certification or recognized B.C. equivalent
✅ Can safely and independently run jobs
✅ Is comfortable leading and training apprentices
✅ Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✅ Takes pride in clean, professional and code-compliant work
✅ Communicates well with customers and coworkers
✅ Is honest, dependable and accountable
✅ Has a valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s abstract
✅ Does not disappear when the broom comes out
Commercial electrical experience is a strong asset, but residential service, maintenance, industrial, generator and troubleshooting experience are also valuable.
Check out the cool stuff we do at www.voltseq.com.
