🔥 DUAL FUEL HEATING REBATES ARE RETURNING OCTOBER 15, 2026!
Eligible customers may qualify for up to $4,000 for a residential dual fuel heating system or up to $8,000 for an income-qualified system. Additional income-qualified rebates may also be available for water heaters, thermostats, ventilation, insulation, and windows or doors.
Some requirements apply. For example, the existing gas furnace must be at least 15 years old, and the replacement system must meet FortisBC’s program requirements.
📣 PLEASE NOTE: Full program details and deadlines are expected to be available from FortisBC after October 15. Tratech does not have additional program information yet. Please check FortisBC directly for updates.

Sometimes accidents happen—and things end up where they shouldn’t! 🌰🐿️
These walnuts made their way into a drain and caused a blockage. Our drain camera lets technicians see inside the pipe, locate the obstruction, and identify what they’re dealing with before choosing how to clear it. That means less guesswork and a more targeted repair.

Finding a refrigerant leak can take a little detective work. 🕵️‍♂️🔧
Our techs can add a small amount of fluorescent dye to the system and run it so the dye travels with the refrigerant and oil. If refrigerant is escaping, the dye can leave a trace at the leak point. A UV light then makes the dye glow, helping us spot the area that needs a closer look in a fraction of the time.
Once the leak is located, we can recommend the right repair. These photos show the dye glowing under UV light during the inspection. 💡
