And ah well. Bunch more rain in the forecast and I'm going insane sitting in my office, so I'm just going to take advantage of the actual NICE DAY 🌞 today and get as much grass cut is humanely possible for one guy to do in a day.

Anyway. I'm finishing my taxes. It's more important than cutting at this point. Was just trying to explain to someone last week that it's actually expensive to be this busy. I was in pain during tax season and couldn't concentrate and then just went straight to being excessively busy.

A lot of people say things to me like "you must be busy right now" and I honestly don't even know how to answer that anymore. I'm a millennial. I've been busy since I was 8. With a little time off to experiment in my teens and 20 somethings. Probably was still busy, but don't remember!

Anyway again. I probably owe the government like a million $/CAD (which technically according to Forbes isn't $1000000 because you need $1m USD to be considered a millionaire) in late fees and penalties right now (I'm exaggerating) and also aren't getting my 'Dani buck' rebates.

Summary: Being 'busy' is costing me a fortune right now so I'm locking myself in my office until it's not.

Welcome back, Mower (in pretty places) 😍 Monday! These will be screwy for a while until I get a new phone, as my main camera does not work. Still got wide angle, zoom and selfie though! Just have to get creative i guess.
.Or just drive to Airdrie and get a new phone, since I also can't e-deposit cheques and have to go to Airdrie and use an ATM like its 1996. Except Crossfield had its own cibc in 1996

On a related note: yes, my transition into an elderly curmudgeon is going swimmingly. Must be why most of my clients still love me so much. I am relatable 😉

13 places cut today!, and now I have a bunch of fried chicken to eat! Popeyes heck ya!

Anyway, should probably update my 'after the rain gameplan'.

Decided to just do my whole damn route in order. And I work weekends now so today (Wednesday) was Sunday, Monday and a couple Tuesdays.

Tomorrow (Thursday) will be the rest of Tuesday then Wednesday.

Friday will be Thursday and Friday.

Saturday will be Saturday and possibly Sunday so I can take Sunday off.

Weather permitting of course 😉

Who's got 2 thumbs and is ready for a few rain days? This guy! Thats who.

I'm going to need to get some snacks and make a to-do list. Clean my house, do some laundry. Catch up on admin work. Window shop a new computer which is going to be my next business purchase and should help with admin work moving forward.

Might have a nap tomorrow. The world is my oyster for the next 3 days.

I have invented a cocktail 🍸

It is called "the sexy landscape maintenance guy"

Electrolytes. It's got what plants need. Which is legally distinct from Brawndo's slogan "it's got what plants crave".

Disclaimer - (Do not water plants with the sexy landscape maintenance guy)

May or may not also need to distinguish myself from the Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster, which is widely regarded as the best drink in existence.

Energy + hydration + other good stuff, and gin!

One of 'em after a hard days work and you'll be good to carry on your evening. Two of 'em after work and you'll be 10 minutes into a sunset jog before you realize you even felt like going for a jog.

2oz Redbull
2oz blue Gatorade.
1oz lemon-lime Gatorade.
1/2 teaspoon emergen-c orange powder
2oz gin

Shake, or vigorously stir (to mix the emergen-c) and pour over ice in a martini glass. Various cuts of lime for garnish.
