Busy Landscape Company is currently hiring summer staff, with some year-round positions also available. We are a landscape construction company based in Airdrie/Crossfield, proudly serving the area for over 30 years with a steady volume of work.

Applicants must have steel-toe safety boots and reliable transportation to a designated meeting site prior to the start of each workday.

We also offer a Summer Student Program, providing university students with an additional $1 per hour worked, paid at the end of the summer term to support their education.

Starting wages range from $21 to $28 per hour, with bonus opportunities available on larger projects.

Pioneer landscaping is now looking for full and part time staff for the 2025 season. Salary based on experience and we are willing to train individuals with the right aptitude.
Wages are between $20 to $30/ hour. We are a landscape construction company so you must be physically able to lift 25 to 50lbs on a regular basis. Must have vehicle and valid drivers license to get to work.

Thank you to all clients that used us in the past for spring cleanups and fertilization programs. Unfortunately due to staffing and economic conditions we will no longer be offering these services. Pioneer will now concentrate on landscape construction services only.
