💐🌱Chante Chevalier, Plant the Town
An Anishinaabe gardener and educator from Fort Erie, Ontario, Chante has more than 35 years of experience helping people connect to the land. Through her business, Plant the Town, she creates accessible, relationship-centered gardens for seniors, schools, and new gardeners. Her approach blends horticultural knowledge with Indigenous values, proving that sustainable growth in both gardens and business starts with care and connection. Chante went through the FNWE program to help grow her online presence and build her brand and we're excited about her sharing her entrepreneurial journey.
🍞Sarah Frank, Sourdough for Beginners
Sarah is the founder of the online community Sourdough for Beginners, which has grown to more than 1.2 million members. She has turned her passion for baking into a thriving educational platform and resource for home bakers around the world. Her approachable teaching style, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit have helped many people find confidence through food and community.
💨🌿Tessa Belanger, Pass the Sage
From Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg and based in Ottawa, Tessa is the founder of Pass the Sage, a business centered on storytelling, healing, and reflection. She recently won the Pow Wow Pitch Creative Semi-Final and continues to expand her guided journal series and creative workshops. Tessa’s work highlights the power of Indigenous storytelling in both personal and business growth.
