Its with great sadness and regret that we announce the passing of Mark Mouat, President of Spar Marine Ltd.
January 7, 1976 – February 4, 2024.

Its often the most unexpected occurrences in life that are the most challenging to grasp and understand. Mark was a dedicated, charismatic leader, who valued family, friends & colleagues above all else.

Spar Marine Ltd. will continue to grow, never loosing focus of the Mouat family legacy of providing high quality marine electrical services at a fair price. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Atlantic Funeral Home on Main Street Dartmouth. There will be visitation on Friday, February 16 from 6-8pm. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, February 17th at 2pm with a celebration of life to follow at the Old Port Pub in Burnside.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kid Sport Nova Scotia.

With a heavy heart, Spar Marine's founder John Mouat, was laid to rest yesterday. Gone well before his time, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Your legacy & memory will live on, always.
