Our Projects team is growing, and we’re looking for a Site Superintendent to join us in Dartmouth, NS.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, leading crews, coordinating trades, and seeing projects come together day by day. If you thrive in a fast-paced construction environment, take pride in running organized job sites, and enjoy solving problems in real time, we want to hear from you!

How you’ll spend your day
✔ Oversee day-to-day site operations
✔ Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
✔ Keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule
✔ Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and crews
✔ Be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team culture
✔ Grow your impact across exciting construction projects

We’re looking for someone with proven experience as a Site Superintendent, strong leadership skills, construction management software experience, and a passion for building great projects and great teams.
