EDIT - In good faith we have updated this post, under the assumption that the previous employee made an error and that more diligence will be taken going forward.
That said, we have updated our purchasing approval process and our vendors are asked to ask for photo ID and understand that Mr. Jones is not an authorized individual for the company.
Oct 5/2026 - to all of our valued suppliers and customers, please note that Justin Jones has not been employed with Volcano Construction Services since April 2026.
In recent weeks, he has made numerous purchases on our company accounts within HRM. A police report has been filed, since the invoices and the paper trail lead back to New Leaf Construction and Justin Jones.
Our vendors are asked to request photo ID for all purchases on Volcano Construction Services accounts, and to contact our office at 902-468-9758 to request a formal purchase order before releasing materials, equipment, rentals etc.
Under no circumstances is Justin Kyle Jones authorized on our accounts.
