🌱🍂 FALL LAWN CARE | BUILDING A HEALTHIER, GREENER LAWN! 🍂🌱

Another lawn care project completed by Merci Landscaping Ltd.! 💪🚜

Our team carried out a comprehensive fall lawn maintenance treatment to improve soil health, strengthen root development, and prepare the lawn for a healthier growing season next spring.

🛠️ OUR SCOPE OF WORK:

✅ Professional Core Aeration – Mechanically aerated the lawn to relieve soil compaction, improve oxygen circulation, and allow water and nutrients to reach the root system.

✅ Premium Grass Overseeding – Applied a quality grass seed blend to encourage thicker grass growth, fill bare patches, and improve overall lawn density.

✅ Lime Application – Applied lawn lime to help balance soil pH and improve nutrient availability.

✅ Fall Fertilizer Application – Applied fertilizer to provide essential nutrients, support root development, and help the lawn prepare for winter.

🌿 THE GOAL?
Stronger roots, healthier soil, thicker grass, and a greener lawn when spring arrives!

🍁 A healthy spring lawn starts with proper fall preparation!

📍 Proudly Serving: Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, Sackville, Fall River & surrounding communities.

The new sidewalk was 6–8 inches above the old lawn. The w**ds were the only thing keeping up. 😅🌱

Here’s how our Merci Landscaping crew brought the lawn up to meet it:

✅ Cleared the w**ds and prepared the existing ground
✅ Set string lines to check the height and guide the grade
✅ Brought in 12 yards of screened loam from Elmsdale Landscaping
✅ Raised most of the lawn by about 6 inches, with a gradual slope along one side
✅ Spread and raked the soil smooth, then rolled it to firm up the surface
✅ Laid fresh-cut Kentucky bluegrass sod and rolled it for good contact with the soil

Now the lawn meets the new sidewalk with a smooth finish—and the w**ds have lost their spot. 👋
