Looking for a full-time career with a growing company? Ridgeback Basement Systems is expanding and we’re looking for hardworking team members to join us.

✔️ Full-time, permanent position
✔️ Starting at $23/hour
✔️ Monday–Friday (weekends mostly free for camping, fishing, and family time)
✔️ Benefits included: dental, vision, extended health, and life insurance
✔️ Opportunity to advance into a Foreman position

No experience? No problem. We’re willing to train the right person. You’ll work on foundation repair, basement waterproofing, and crawl space repair projects using the best systems, products, and training in the industry.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Shows up and works hard
• Is comfortable with physical labour and lifting heavy materials
• Can problem-solve on the fly
• Is willing to learn new skills, including operating construction equipment
• Can travel when required
