This business got a nice new facelift.

We used a new product called BP R-5 XP Insul-Sheathing panel instead of plywood to cover the foundation. This product is a great alternative when sheeting in buildings. It complies with the North American Green House Gas and Hydrofluorocarbon objectives. Making them a Green choice.
Some other great benefits are:
-Meets both air-barrier and weather-barrier standards eliminating the need and the cost of installing housewrap
-Water vapour permeable keeping the wall assembly dry and mold-free over time;
-Lightweight and easy to install.
-Does not require additional bracing reducing both material and labour costs
