Drilling in lines for Atco out in the Lacombe!

The Carnwood crossing was a great success! We completed a 350-foot directional drill in just over three hours, installing a water line beneath the road to supply water to a pasture on the neighboring quarter.

With horizontal directional drilling, the goal is always minimal ground disturbance—and this project was a perfect example. No open trench across the road, minimal impact to the surrounding area, and an efficient installation from start to finish.

6’ Steel Watermain – East Calgary

Another unique project in the books.

This one involved installing a 40-foot, 6-inch steel watermain into the side of an apartment complex in East Calgary. It wasn’t your typical pipe pull, but with the right setup we successfully opened the bore to 12 inches and pulled the pipe in with very little resistance.

Every job brings its own challenges,
But this one was very sweet to get done!!

🐥 Chicken Hatchery Project

Another successful project completed! We installed a 1½-inch grey water line between two sumps, along with several gate shots beneath the access road—all while keeping surface disturbance to a minimum.

Every project is different, but the goal is always the same: clean, efficient directional drilling that gets the job done right.

The Kathol’s Project - A mix of hard ground and muddy terrain proved to be a challenge throughout the day, but that didn’t stop our team from getting this 1.5 inch septic pump-out put in! We appreciate Aable Directional Drilling for lending us some tooling to get this job done!!

Rainy day drilling today 🌧️🪏

Two successful shots completed today for great new clients out in Sturgeon County.
The first shot was for a septic pump out and the second was water line for an aquifer which required us to drill right up under the house.

Talk about minimal disturbance!!!

A duck built her nest just a couple feet from our drill path, and thanks to the precision of HDD, we were able to complete the job without disturbing the eggs or the surrounding area. 🦆🥚

Not long after we finished, the mom was right back on the nest like we were never there.

Minimal disturbance. Maximum precision. That’s the advantage of directional drilling.
