Thats a wrap on this very unique home! This last year has been challenging to say the least. I cant thank Jord, and the crew that im lucky enough to work with to help keep everything going as smoothly as possible. This is my 30th year working in this trade, and over that time ive always tried to provide an honest effort to provide the best quality of workmanship possible. The crew I work with now makes that easier and easier every year. This was a very memorable build for me and for very deserving customers.

I really like how this build is coming together. last couple weeks we have got the exterior siding, deck stairs and railings, final landscaping done. built some custom Pine closet organizers, interior trim work is almost completed. Next week we have some interior Stair railing, Fireplace tile and few odds and ends to complete and these owners will have a new place to call home again.

We are getting so close. 🙂🍻

It's Friday! few more things coming together. Jords got most the house painted now. We got the last of the timber accents installed on the ceilings, few more to do on the main floor. Upstairs flooring is complete. outside is finally drying up. Can't complain, hope everyone has a great weekend. 🙂

Week by week we are getting closer. Ive been battling Sciatic nerve pain like ive never felt before so havnt been much help over the past few weeks. Im very fortunate to have such and awesome group of guys that work with me on these builds. Jord has kept everything under control and progressing, knocking things out of the park.
We finally removed the temporary floor we had staged to help ease the completion of everything in the vaulted areas. Completely different look now, nice and open. 22'-8" high floor to ceiling I Love it!

Happy Easter weekend! It's been a pretty productive 6 weeks. walls/ ceilings are painted, Woods stove is installed. chimney chase framed. All cabinetry and counter tops are installed. Timber frame accents Cut and installed. its really coming together.Enjoy the weekend🙂
