The Lily Pad Landscape Centre is entering a new chapter, and we couldn’t be more excited to introduce ourselves to the community.

Under new leadership/management and proudly supported by Excellence Only Property Services, our goal is simple: to build The Lily Pad into a landscape centre our community can trust, rely on, and feel confident doing business with.

We understand that there have been concerns and conversations surrounding the business in the past. Rather than ignore those concerns, we want to move forward by doing things the right way- with transparency, accountability, accurate product quantities, dependable service, and genuine care for every customer who comes through our doors.

Whether you are picking up gravel for your driveway, ordering soil or mulch for your property, having materials delivered, or trusting our landscaping team to bring an entire project to life, we want you to know exactly what you are receiving and feel confident in the service you receive.

When the plan changes, the standard doesn’t. 💪🏼🦅

During this shed pad installation, the mini skid threw a track… With 6 yards of gravel still needing to be moved, spread, and finished.

Was that the plan? Absolutely not. 😂
Did the job still need to get done? Absolutely.

So Shae grabbed a shovel and got to work.

Six yards. By hand. Back-breaking work, one shovel at a time, because when we tell our clients we’re going to get the job done, we mean it.

Running a business isn’t about everything always going perfectly. Equipment breaks. Weather changes. Plans get thrown sideways. What matters is how you respond when they do.
