Custom Executive Two Storey home for growing family in Dunnville area! This family has been wonderful to work with and we’ve had the pleasure of doing multiple houses for them over the years!

Simple roof lines on this one but it’s not always about adding more but getting the proportions and design right!

Interior rendering of a primary bedroom in a custom home we recently designed!

Seeing your layout and space before you build is super beneficial. These 3d renderings save confusion and time during design phase to allow the client confidence in their designs.

BRICK. STUCCO. WOOD. WOW. 🔥

Classic farmhouse bones.
Modern details.
One seriously good-looking home.

When the details are right, you notice!

This one in Wellandport will be on hold for a few years but worthy of sharing! 😍

Clients had an amazing property with amazing rear views of rolling hills, but the house needed a refresh!

So we took the existing house and added full second floor, porches all around, 4-seasons room at rear and redesigned the entire existing main floor.

3000 sqft second floor addition in the hills of Burlington!

Check out before and purposed.
Currently our plans are in for permits and approvals.

Custom Two Storey Lake house alert!

Construction has started on this truly custom home.
Client originally had requested a modern roof line, low pitch, some flat roofs, larger overhangs and more glass but near the end opted to a more transitional style!
We are happy with how it turned out!
